Taking into consideration the problems concerning the Roman-Catholic Theological High School in Târgu Mureș, the Roman Catholic Status Foundation from Transylvania has looked at the specifics of the contract concluded with the Municipality of Târgu Mureș and found that they were not complied with the provisions of Art. 23, therefore it terminates the contract.  

 

In order, not to put the students of the National College Unirea in the same situation as those from the Roman-Catholic Theological High School, the Roman Catholic Status Foundation from Transylvania invites the Municipality of Târgu Mureș to present within 30 days to negotiate a new contract. 

 

We hope that our institutions will find together solutions for the problems concerning the students of the Roman-Catholic Theological

High School, as well as for those concerning the students of the National College Unirea. 

 

The Roman Catholic Status Foundation from Transylvania continues to seek acceptable solutions for both sides.
