Erdély egykori püspökének (1713-1721) emlékét szülőfalujában ápolják

Az egykori Nagyboldogasszonyfalván (ma Csíkkarcfalva) született főpásztor nevét viseli az iskola is, amely előtt áll az augusztus 15-én, Tamás József püspök által megáldott egészalakos szobor, Varga Gábor alkotása.
