The thoughts of Dr. Kerekes László auxiliary bishop
We long for life in a suffering world, in the culture of death. It is a vicious cycle that has been present since the Fall. We are influenced and tempted by the world, so often we do not choose life. Our true hope is the promise of God: he made the Blessed Virgin the mother of all living, and therefore protected her from the original sin. God is faithful to his promise even today as he has destined life for us. Mary's yes begins the unfolding of our redemption so that we may be part of the eternal life.
