Végérvényesen elutasította 2021. május 25-én a Legfelső Bíróság a Gyulafehérvári Római Katolikus Érsekség jogos kérését, amelyben az 1798-ban Batthyány Ignác római katolikus püspök által alapított könyvtárat és tudományos gyűjteményt kérte vissza. A bíróság jelenlegi döntését is igazságtalannak és elfogadhatatlannak tartjuk, mert ebben az esetben sem született egy, a döntést alátámasztó indoklás. Az elutasítást így ebben a formában nem fogadhatjuk el, és a jó ügyért folytatjuk a küzdelmet az Emberi Jogok Európai Bíróságán.
