Borbély Gábor apostoli protonotárius, kanonok halálával megüresedett a Gyulafehérvári Főszékeskáptalan olvasókanonoki helye. Ebbe a tisztségbe, a Főszékeskáptalan előzetes megkérdezése után, eddigi tevékenysége elismeréseként Főtisztelendő Msgr. id. Szász János pápai káplán, tb. kanonok, petrozsényi plébános úr kapott kinevezést.
