The worst thing about illness and suffering is that we do not know how long it takes. We are tired, exhausted, just like the people in the time of Jesus. He has pity on them. God comforts his people. He does not hide, he heals their wounds, takes mercy on them, shows the right path. How wonderful it is to be able to comfort and heal others with our presence, to show mercy, to pass on the happiness of the arrival of the kingdom of God.
