Those who can appreciate a gift and through it the love of the one who prepared that gift, will be filled with joy and gratitude. Our Lady is also overjoyed and full of gratitude. In the presence of her relative, Elizabeth, she begins a song of praise which our Church has prayed every day since then. In the evening prayer said by priests, monks and fervent faithful, we praise the Lord together with the Virgin for all that He has done for us in the work of redemption. This exaltation should especially sound at Christmas. Until Christmas let us live these days with the joy, gratitude and exaltation of Our Lady.
